What is the difference between 
Project Eligible Expenditure contracted
Project Eligible Expenditure incurred
and how are they calculated

Project Eligible Expenditure contracted:
The final total cost for the project as registered for PLIs in the Final Registration section, the field Total project eligible expenditure.

Project Eligible Expenditure incurred:
The total amount of project eligible expenditures reported in previous IFRs + requested in the Incurred (Part A) in this FPR.
