Who sees the latest updates?

The data doesn't show correctly for me / I see different information than my colleague

This is most likely because you are not the one who is working on the task.

When you login to GrACE - is the FPR task in "My tasks" on the left, or is it listed under "My teams tasks" on the right side? If it is with a colleague, you will not see the latest update because your colleague is working on it. You can liken it to the person holding the document and reading it - it's not easy for you to read it while they hold it. As soon as they put it down, everyone else will be able to see the latest edits. How to do that?

If you were to check the box in front of the task on the dashboard and "take over" the FPR, then the document would save and close, and move over to you - and you and everyone else will see the latest changes.

In other words, it is the person who has the task - who is working on the document - that sees the very latest changes. It is saved and updated for everyone else, when it changes user or is submitted to FMO etc. And the same continues - when you start working on the document, your other colleagues will not see your changes until they take it over themselves or you submit it to the FMO etc.

If you want to check, you can take over the task to yourself and see. And your colleague can do the same, take the task from you. You can pass the document between colleagues as many times as you want, working on the report.
