PLI updates before submission

Q: I am unable to submit, it says there are missing mandatory fields in PLIs?

A: There is a mandatory field for PLIs for submission, namely the "Does this project include activities related to dealing with the consequences of the Russian invasion?"

Please select ‘Yes’ only if the project directly addresses the consequences of the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, for example by giving help to Ukrainian refugees. Otherwise, select ‘No’. Directing project funds for this purpose should be discussed with FMO beforehand. 


If you select Yes, you are asked to please fill in the project grant amount earmarked for activities addressing the consequences of the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine. Calculation or estimation of this amount is trust-based: the amount should be based on your own assessment, and the methodology of your choosing. It will not be subject to FMO verifications of any kind.

This question about amounts are not mandatory, but we do ask you to give us an estimate if you are able.
