A project was terminated but we have found it to have eligible expenditure. Why is it not showing in the Final Programme Report?
According to the Guidance on Closure document, a Terminated PLI should be treated as Partially Complete if it has eligible incurred costs. Please check the guidance document for whether or not this is the case. If it does have eligible incurred costs, it shall be reported in the FPR. The PO will need to Edit the PLI itself and change the PLI "Final registration" to -> Partially Complete, so they can register the amounts in the Final Programme Report.
